Proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to a church, Christian school, or Christian organization of your choice. You can also buy tickets for families in need who cannot afford them.

EVENT SEATING
Seating for this event is general admission. If you need ADA seating or special accommodations, please be sure to note that in your order.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
No refunds or exchanges are available. All sales are final.
GATE TIMES
Early Entry wristbands - Gates open at 3:30pm
General Admission Wristbands - Gates open at 4:00pm
WHERE DO I ENTER PETERSON PARK?
There will be two entrances to the park. One gate will be at the north of the park and one gate will be at the south east corner of the park. There will be one line for Early Entry and one line for General Admission wristbands at each gate. Please be sure you are in the correct line based on the wristband you purchased.
WHERE DO I PARK?
Parking is available on the streets that surround the park. Please be considerate when parking and pay attention to designated no-parking locations. Please do not block roads, driveways, or vehicles, and pedestrian paths.
WILL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE AT THE GATE?
If the concert is not sold out, we will sell tickets at the gate. To guarantee tickets - order in advance! If not sold out, online sales will end at 12:00pm on Saturday, September 13th. Tickets can be purchased at the concert starting at 1:00pm at either Ticket Tent.
HOW DO I REQUEST A FREE TICKET FROM THE "PAY IT FORWARD" TICKET BANK?
Generous attendees are purchasing tickets to donate to guests who cannot afford to attend the event. Free tickets are not guaranteed. The number of free tickets available is dependent on the number of donated tickets purchased. A maximum of 6 general admission tickets can be requested per household. The link to request free tickets will be available on Friday, June 6th.
IS ADA SEATING AVAILABLE?
ADA accommodation requests can be made while purchasing your tickets or by emailing [email protected]. Handicapped parking is available in the park near Grimes Field. Please request a parking map if you would like a map of ADA parking.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY WRISTBANDS?
All wristbands ordered before noon on Thursday, August 1st have been mailed to the address on the order. The wristbands are mailed from Minnesota. Watch for an envelope with the return address label of Northwestern Tickets. Tickets purchased after noon on Thursday, August 1st will not be mailed. Your wristbands will be available to pick up at the concert from either of the Ticket Tents located near the gate entrances. Please have your ID when picking up your wristbands. The Ticket Tents will be open at 1:00pm on August 10.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR WILL CONCESSIONS BE AVAILABLE?
You may bring in a cooler with your own food and beverages but no cooking of food will be permitted. Concessions will be available onsite to purchase. Alcohol is not permitted.
ARE THERE ADDITIONAL ITEMS OR ACTIVITIES NOT PERMITTED?
YES. No alcohol, drugs, smoking, vaping, etc is allowed. No fireworks, laser pointers, drones, kerosene lamps or open flames, yard games, sports gear, and recording gear will be permitted. No tents, tarps, or other structures will be allowed to be setup. No pets or animals will be allowed - including emotional support animals.
WILL SEATING BE AVAILABLE?
Seating is not provided. We encourage you to bring a small, collapsible chair to sit on or blanket. Large lounging chair systems will not be allowed.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
The concert is rain or shine. Small flat-topped umbrellas are allowed. Pointed and/or larger than 36" opened umbrellas will not be permitted.
CAN I COME AND GO FROM THE EVENT?
Yes, you will be able to come and go from the event as long as your wristband remains intact and is on when you enter.
WILL RESTROOMS BE AVAILABLE?
Portable restrooms and handwashing stations will be available onsite.
